Forward Role is partnering with a leading luxury fashion retailer to find an exceptional Senior E-commerce Executive to join their high-performing digital team. As a key player in driving sales growth and future growth plans, you will be at the forefront of the company's e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Create engaging product listings and compelling descriptions that drive sales and conversions.
  • Take ownership of online merchandising, leveraging insights from product and buying teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Update website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop pricing strategies for seasonal promotions, balancing revenue goals with customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to maintain clean and accurate customer data, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide administrative support to the Digital team as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Lead A/B testing for on-site performance optimization, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for trade analysis across e-commerce KPIs, informing business decisions and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality content and user experiences.
  • Confidence in handling, uploading, and modifying CSV data, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Previous experience in Shopify e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • A collaborative, hands-on team player with a passion for the role and a genuine interest in digital, e-commerce, and marketing.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry and its trends.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an eCommerce Executive or Trading role, with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth.
