Fancy taking your career to the next level in a dynamic digital team? Are you passionate about fashion and looking to drive sales growth? We have an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive to join our client, a leading luxury fashion retailer in the UK.

With rapid growth in 2023 and continued success this year, our client has disrupted the market and is now a major player in the luxury fashion industry. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving online sales and growth, working closely with the product and buying teams to optimize website performance and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform
  • Create product listings and craft compelling descriptions
  • Take ownership of online merchandising, using insights from the product and buying teams
  • Update website content through the CMS
  • Set up pricing strategies for seasonal promotions
  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to enhance website performance and improve conversion rates
  • Assist the Digital team in maintaining clean and accurate customer data
  • Provide occasional administrative support to the Digital team
  • Lead A/B testing for on-site performance optimization
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for trade analysis across e-commerce KPIs
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence in handling, uploading, and modifying CSV data
  • Previous experience in Shopify e-commerce
  • A collaborative, hands-on team player with passion for the role
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in digital, e-commerce, and marketing
  • Experience or interest in luxury fashion is a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an eCommerce Executive or Trading role, with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth
