About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our infrastructure. This includes performing system administration tasks, troubleshooting production issues, and providing technical expertise to the service team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server and desktop administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server management. They will also have excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

This role will involve working closely with our service team to identify and implement alerts to proactively monitor services and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for ensuring all work meets the security requirements for our systems.

About You

  • Experience in Windows server and desktop administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
