About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to harness technology and revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile-Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
- Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relations involved in technical projects to ensure they deliver according to agreed terms.
- Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work your team does.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organization's functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
- Collaborate with other areas of work, for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.
