Join our Food Packaging Division as a Digital Analyst and be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, focusing on the commercial area to create efficiencies and enhance customer experiences. This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in Europe.
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with IT to deliver digital solutions that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and streamline employees' workflows, making it easier to do business with kp.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer in the digital product development process. Gather insights, conduct market research, and analyze data to understand customer preferences, pain points, and behaviors in the digital realm. Define and Prioritize Requirements: With a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals, make strategic decisions about features to include, release timelines, and alignment with the overall product strategy. Advocate Agile Mindset: Deliver minimum viable products that meet quality standards and provide a seamless user experience. Collaborate with designers and developers to translate customer needs into user-friendly interfaces and functional features. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation and testing. Develop Digital Dashboards: Develop, implement, and maintain digital dashboards, customer service daily dashboards, and monthly scorecards. Consolidate global reports and share actionable insights across the Customer Service community. Support Customer Service leadership in tracking order execution (Sales &Operations Execution) and other planned actions.Strategic Impact: Co-create the digital products roadmap with business and IT leadership based on customer needs analysis. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital pilots, always guided by a Sales Growth imperative. Maintain digital dashboards to provide insights to the Commercial leadership team.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Customer Journey Mapping: Clear understanding of customer journeys and digital solutions development in a B2B context. Technical Proficiency: Very good knowledge of MS Office and atleast one project management tools (Jira, Miro); experience with Salesforce ERPs (SAP, E1), and creating data models and reports in Power BI would be a strong plus. Data Literacy: Strong data literacy and quality management skills. Problem Solving: Natural problem solver with a collaborative spirit. Communication: Proficient in English and second European language is an advantage.Educational Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field with minimum five years of relevant experience. Additional digital cross-functional, global experience, and multilingual background are a plus.Key Competencies:
