Job Title: Patient Services Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our patients, ensuring the efficient operation of our dental service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to patients, including booking appointments, issuing letters, and answering queries
- Coordinate outpatient clinics and support clinical colleagues
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services within Specialty Management Groups
- Work flexibly within the dental team to provide high-quality dental care for a wide spectrum of patients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
