Role Overview
The Patient Services Coordinator position is crucial to our organization, as team members play a key role in managing patient admissions into HealthHarmonie services and facilitating their discharge or referral to other care providers upon completion of their treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient records following triage, determining acceptance into HealthHarmonie services or referral to alternative care providers.
  • Utilize the National E-Referral Service to acknowledge incoming referrals.
  • Maintain and update patient administration systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from GPs, hospitals, and laboratories via telephone and email.
  • Update patient care trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Confirm patient appointments through telephone communication.
Skills and Qualifications
Possess a friendly and confident telephone demeanor.

Employment Details
  • Full-time permanent position.
Working Hours
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm).

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary of £22,500, increasing to £23,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.
  • Quarterly incentive bonus scheme (£250 per quarter).
