About the RoleThe Patient Services Administrator plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for patient admissions, discharges, and referrals. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing patient notes and triage results
- Utilizing the National E-Referral Service to acknowledge referrals
- Updating patient administration systems
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
- Reviewing patient outcome reports and taking necessary actions
- Chasing laboratories for outstanding patient results
- Managing departmental actions and KPIs
- Updating patient care trackers using Microsoft Excel
- Confirming patient appointments via telephone
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and as part of a team, with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
