About the Role

The Patient Services Administrator plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for patient admissions, discharges, and referrals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing patient notes and triage results
  • Utilizing the National E-Referral Service to acknowledge referrals
  • Updating patient administration systems
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Reviewing patient outcome reports and taking necessary actions
  • Chasing laboratories for outstanding patient results
  • Managing departmental actions and KPIs
  • Updating patient care trackers using Microsoft Excel
  • Confirming patient appointments via telephone
About You

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and as part of a team, with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
