Job Title: Finance and Administrative Coordinator

Location: South Shields

Contract: Temporary

Hours: 22.5 per week

Role Overview: Become an integral part of our client's vibrant Waste Management team as a Finance and Administrative Coordinator. Your contributions will be essential in delivering top-notch support for our Commercial Waste Services through effective credit management and outstanding customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations and Service Management:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with business and trade clients.
- Process account documentation to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Generate Duty of Care documentation to comply with legal standards.
- Organize ad-hoc collections and invoicing, overseeing all related paperwork.
- Maintain and refresh the customer database regularly.
- Distribute Round Lists to teams, ensuring accurate customer information.
- Schedule appointments with trade clients.
- Address customer feedback, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.

Credit Management:
- Support the Senior Credit Controller with invoicing and credit oversight.
- Generate invoices promptly and maintain effective payment controls.

Team Collaboration and Organizational Contribution:
