About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Livewell Southwest. As a leader in our organization, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our Psychological Wellbeing services and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to qualified and trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners
  • Work closely with the NHS Talking Therapies Clinical leads and leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of our services
  • Delegated line-management responsibilities for other Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, including monitoring of sickness absence, performance, and record-keeping
  • Offer a range of evidence-based low-intensity interventions, including facilitated self-help, CBT, and psychoeducational groups
  • Work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and may be required to work in various community settings
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of NHS Talking Therapies KPIs and ability to interpret data and adapt provision to meet these
  • Ability to progress supervision skills and complete the PWP supervisors training course
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
