CRM Campaign & Content Internship

Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&CO.), established in 1853, stands as a leading global brand in the apparel industry, renowned for its extensive reach in the jeans and casual wear markets. Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated intern to join our Loyalty and CRM team, focusing on campaign execution and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement CRM initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy and respond to market trends and customer engagement opportunities.
  • Oversee the translation and quality assurance of all CRM communications, collaborating with agencies, copywriters, and local teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate content and scheduling across all owned channels, working closely with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Create and deliver detailed production briefs to the creative studio traffic manager.
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance analytics for the European market, providing actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Generate additional reports on specific CRM marketing initiatives and evaluate performance against established benchmarks.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices to foster innovation in our CRM strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of impactful creative design.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a genuine interest in retail, particularly in the fashion industry.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize various marketing technology platforms, including Air table, Adobe Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional European language skills are a plus, especially in French, Spanish, or German.
  • Strong collaborative skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Availability for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for 12 months.
