We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Create and schedule regular and solus newsletters, event management, marketing automations, and existing processes to all customers.
  • Communication and Email Marketing Calendar: Manage the communication and email marketing calendar with key senior stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reporting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider business.
  • Virtual Events: Set up and manage the operations side of internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow-ups.
  • Engagement and Conversions: Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push, and other cross-channel communications.

Requirements:

  • CRM/Email Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role, with an interest in fintech.
  • Automation and CRM Tools: Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing content to improve open, click-through, and registration rates.
  • Best Email Marketing Practice: Strong understanding of best email marketing practice.
  • Automation and CRM Tools: Experience working with automation and CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions would be ideal).
  • Stakeholder Management: Hands-on, motivated, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • HTML for Email Building: HTML for email building is a plus.
