Senior CRM Executive

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000
A dynamic Fintech organization, established in 2016, is seeking to enhance its Marketing team with the addition of a Senior CRM Executive.
In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee various aspects of email marketing, automated user journeys, and nurturing programs, while also providing insightful reporting.
The company is open to considering candidates from diverse CRM backgrounds, though a minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM and Email capacity is preferred. The organization is thriving and has ambitious growth plans ahead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, and implement all CRM communications, including regular newsletters, event management, marketing automations, and existing processes targeting all customers (both B2C).
- Coordinate the communication and email marketing calendar in collaboration with key senior stakeholders.
- Deliver regular reports on email performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team and broader organization.
- Oversee the operational aspects of internal virtual events, including managing email invitations and follow-ups.
- Enhance engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push notifications, and other cross-channel communications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role, with a keen interest in the Fintech sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in a CRM position is ideal.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing content to boost open, click-through, and registration rates.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in email marketing.
- Experience with automation and CRM tools, particularly MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions, is advantageous.
- Proactive, motivated, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic HTML skills for email design are a plus.
