The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury, award-winning hotel and spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of pastry chefs and reporting to the Head Pastry Chef.

The Package

As a Pastry Sous Chef with our company, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,000, plus a range of benefits including complimentary leisure and spa membership, fantastic discounts across the group, and plenty of development opportunities.

The Job Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry kitchen, managing a team of pastry chefs, and ensuring that all pastry products are of the highest quality. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new menus and recipes, and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a craft-trained, passionate pastry chef with proven experience as a senior pastry chef in a high-volume, fresh food operation. You will also need to be enthusiastic and willing to progress your career, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

The Location
