About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Proactively manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
  • Budget Management: Control and manage a budget to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Education: Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a degree in culinary arts or a hospitality management degree.
