Role Overview

The Learning & Development team at Frasers Group is dedicated to crafting and delivering top-tier educational experiences and resources that empower our employees to excel.

In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content for various learning and development initiatives. This includes creating digital experiences, on-screen presentations, and print materials that support our educational products and campaigns.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and our strategic brand partners to ensure that all learning experiences meet the highest standards. Your contributions will support Frasers Group's business objectives and enhance our ability to serve consumers with the best brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit engaging educational content, including instructional and promotional videos, branding, and motion graphics.
  • Assist the Videographer in filming and editing video footage for both internal and external purposes.
  • Create supporting digital assets, such as social media banners and GIFs.

Qualifications

Essential:
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, particularly 2D animations.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve) with the ability to deliver quality work efficiently.
  • Capability to interpret briefs and develop storyboards.
  • Experience collaborating with various teams to realize their vision based on provided guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining file structures and project workflows.
  • Expertise in audio management and color correction.
  • Familiarity with different camera formats, audio, and file types.
  • Hands-on experience with video production equipment, including sound and lighting.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical proficiency in digital platforms: social media, web, mobile, and apps.
  • Qualification in English or Creative Writing (e.g., GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent).

Desirable:
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience managing independent projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet post-production schedules while handling multiple projects.
  • Awareness of Frasers Group's brands, products, and services.
