Job Description

The Frasers Group Learning & Development team design and deliver world-class learning experiences & resources to support our people to be at their best.

In this role, you'll create engaging content of the highest quality for use in L&D solutions, mainly for use in digital experiences but including on-screen presentations as well as tangible assets (print) to support our L&D products, services & campaigns.

Working with stakeholders from across our business as well as our strategic brand partners to ensure that all learning experiences are of the highest standards, you'll support Frasers Group with business initiatives that have an impact on our people and ultimately achieve our vision; To serve our consumers with the world's best Sports, Premium & Luxury brands.

  • This role calls for the editing and creation of engaging learning content - including instructional and promotional videos, branding and motion graphics.
  • Supporting our Videographer with filming and editing footage for internal and external use. This may include LinkedIn.
  • Creating supporting digital assets such as banners for social media and gifs.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Experience with motion graphics, including 2D animations.
  • Proficient with content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve etc.) and capability to deliver at pace.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and produce storyboards.
  • Collaboration with teams around the business to deliver their vision using briefs and guidelines.
  • Maintaining and organising file structures and working projects.
  • Skilled in audio management and colour correction.
  • Understanding of various camera formats, audio  and file types.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of working with video production equipment including sound and light*.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.
  • Can edit to a highly creative and technical standard.
  • Technically fluent in digital: social, web, mobile, apps.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g. GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).

DESIRED 

  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Skilled at PowerPoint, and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in managing your own projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to post-production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Awareness of the Frasers Group brands, products and services.
