Position Overview

Role Summary
As a Video Editor & Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality content for our Learning & Development initiatives. Your creativity will be instrumental in developing engaging digital materials that enhance our team's performance and align with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit captivating learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, as well as branding and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the Videographer to capture and edit footage for various internal and external projects.
  • Create supporting digital assets such as social media banners and animated graphics.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in motion graphics and 2D animation.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop storyboards.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Expertise in audio management and color correction.
  • Familiarity with various camera formats and production equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics and typography.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Awareness of Frasers Group's brand portfolio and values.
