Senior Videographer

At Frasers Group, we're seeking an experienced Senior Videographer & Content Editor to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll be responsible for elevating our content and output, working closely with the Creative Lead to set the bar high and deliver results.
This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for growth and impact. You'll be leading a small team of Videographers, managing the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens across our Group's Fascias, and creating engaging video content for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Videographers on multiple in-house projects
- Manage the art working and uploading of video content for digital screens
- Create video content for social media, including TikTok videos, highlights reels, vlogs, and promotional group content
- Maintain, update, and evolve all Frasers Group image guidelines
- Organize daily workloads and deadlines for yourself and your team
- Be mindful of the commercial success of the studio and the wider business
- Film content for videos, including behind-the-scenes footage, on-the-fly videos, and promo videos
- Have practical knowledge and experience with video production equipment, including sound and light
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Use departmental tools to log work produced with the team
- Liaise with wider teams and stakeholders on group project work
- Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Photography, Videography, Video editing, and Lighting & Sound
- Excellent knowledge of video camera systems and latest releases
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite and its tools
- Collaboration with other team members, from entry level to Studio management
- Excellent Communication skills, planning, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel
