Role Overview

The Learning & Development team at Frasers Group is dedicated to crafting exceptional learning experiences and resources to empower our workforce.

In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content for various learning and development initiatives. This includes creating digital experiences, on-screen presentations, and print materials to support our educational products and campaigns.

Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization and our strategic brand partners, you will ensure that all learning experiences meet the highest standards, contributing to our overarching goal of delivering the best sports, premium, and luxury brands to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Editing and producing captivating learning content, including instructional and promotional videos, branding, and motion graphics.
  • Assisting our Videographer with filming and editing footage for both internal and external purposes.
  • Creating supplementary digital assets such as social media banners and GIFs.
QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Experience in motion graphics, particularly 2D animations.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve) with the ability to deliver promptly.
  • Capability to interpret briefs and develop storyboards.
  • Collaboration skills to work with teams across the organization to realize their vision.
  • Ability to maintain organized file structures and project workflows.
  • Expertise in audio management and color correction.
  • Familiarity with various camera formats, audio, and file types.
  • Hands-on experience with video production equipment, including sound and lighting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency in digital platforms: social media, web, mobile, and apps.
  • English/Writing Qualification (e.g., GCSE/A-Level/Higher or equivalent in English Language or Creative Writing).
Desired Skills
  • Experience in 3D motion graphics, including animation and typography.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience managing individual projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adhere to post-production schedules.
  • Awareness of Frasers Group brands, products, and services.
