About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing a designated bank of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients, resolving any queries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, showcasing excellent verbal and listening skills.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Confidence in using phone systems and CRM software.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and not shy to take the initiative when needed.
  • A natural aptitude for customer service and a passion for engaging with people over the phone.
