Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Prodo Digital. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value of our platform.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in our CRM system (Hubspot).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the Enterprise/Business-to-Business sales landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems, with a strong understanding of sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
