Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in handling customer complaints and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer complaints via email, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a professional tone
* Investigate complaints thoroughly, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements
* Provide empathetic customer service, actively listening to customers and offering advice and guidance
* Log complaints on our company system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Send customer correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Strong English writing and grammar skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise correspondence
* Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and focused in challenging situations
* Resilience and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in customer resolution management is highly desirable
