This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Reward Analyst looking to grow and develop, or a HR Assistant/Coordinator with experience in reward and benefits, seeking to specialize in this area.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills, and be familiar with using a HR system.
The role will involve monitoring and analyzing all areas of reward, including benefits, with a focus on compensation issues, market trends, compensation structures, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the annual benefit renewals and day-to-day administration of benefit schemes.
- Assisting with the annual salary and bonus review.
- Providing data production and analysis of HR-related and reward data.
- Compiling HR data from various sources to produce statistics, reports, and other data as requested.
- Updating and analyzing HR data to produce reports, identifying trends and solutions.
- Working with the wider HR team and other key stakeholders to understand needs and create appropriate reporting solutions.
- Regularly reviewing and maintaining all people-focused data for accuracy, completeness, and GDPR compliance.
