Frazer Jones is partnering with a forward-thinking law firm to find a skilled Reward and Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR and Reward team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Reward Analyst looking to grow and develop, or a HR Assistant/Coordinator with experience in reward and benefits, seeking to specialize in this area.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills, and be familiar with using a HR system.

The role will involve monitoring and analyzing all areas of reward, including benefits, with a focus on compensation issues, market trends, compensation structures, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the annual benefit renewals and day-to-day administration of benefit schemes.
  • Assisting with the annual salary and bonus review.
  • Providing data production and analysis of HR-related and reward data.
  • Compiling HR data from various sources to produce statistics, reports, and other data as requested.
  • Updating and analyzing HR data to produce reports, identifying trends and solutions.
  • Working with the wider HR team and other key stakeholders to understand needs and create appropriate reporting solutions.
  • Regularly reviewing and maintaining all people-focused data for accuracy, completeness, and GDPR compliance.
