About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for servicing both member and client queries in relation to DB and some DC pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader and provide senior-level support to the team.
  • Be a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior associates, holding regular feedback sessions to ensure their development and growth.
  • Assist in more complex/project work, including complaints, and continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients/members could be improved.
  • Ensure that targets and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of administrating occupational pension schemes, with a strong understanding of DB and DC pension schemes.
  • Experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates, with a focus on their development and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Customer and quality focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and members.
  • Computer literate, with a strong understanding of pension scheme administration systems and software.
