**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join our LifeSight Administration Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and members, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of pension administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to clients and members through the transition of services from their current provider to LifeSight.
- Participate in all aspects of client complaints administration, from initial request to completion and final resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of casework, adhering to our quality standards.
- Develop and maintain technical, procedural, and process knowledge, as well as client relationships.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of regulatory and legislative factors influencing DC Master Trust administration.
- Learn to understand interdependencies between key deliverables.
- Act as a point of reference for technical issues, non-standard cases, and cross-business-related queries.
- Oversight of team casework when required.
- Ensure accuracy of time recording.
- Develop strong relationships and trust with external and internal stakeholders, including client account managers, LS Client Relationship Managers, and broader LS business teams.
**Operational Excellence (OpEx)**
- Adhere to change, complaints, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks to deliver a quality service.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and record details via the continuous improvement forum.
- Adhere to the change control process and ensure accuracy of process and delivery to time and cost targets.
- Champion the agile way of working and continuous improvement, leading by example.
**Team**
- Elevate areas of concern to the Team Leader as necessary.
- Train, support, and mentor colleagues as required.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and team cohesion.
- Invest in own wellbeing and development, with support from the Team Leader.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, team meetings, and retrospectives.
- Deputize in the absence of the Team Leader.
