The Charalle Group is seeking a dedicated Payroll Software Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients using our cutting-edge payroll software solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries and technical issues related to our payroll systems (CurrentGen and NextGen) via email and phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and technology, to ensure seamless client payroll management.
- Utilize a CRM system to meticulously document all client interactions and support requests.
- Contribute to product improvement by identifying bugs, suggesting enhancements, and participating in user acceptance testing for new software releases.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, HR legislation, and technological advancements within the payroll sector.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- Proven experience working with applications, preferably in the HR/Payroll domain.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
