Payroll Software Support Specialist

THE CHARALLE GROUP is seeking a skilled Payroll Software Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their payroll systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to clients via email and telephone, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage client payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with technical support to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new releases and provide feedback to improve the product.
- Participate in feature design meetings to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
- Previous experience working with applications, preferably in the HR/Payroll sector.
- Proven track record of working with SaaS products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
