Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to clients via email and phone, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage client payroll, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Utilize our CRM system to record client interactions and update internal and external customers on bug fixes and new features.
  • Collaborate with technical support to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in feature design meetings with product management to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients on payroll systems and best practices.

Requirements:
