Are you a skilled Publishing Coordinator seeking a temporary position that provides diversity and the opportunity to engage with both digital and print media? We have an excellent role for an Interim Publishing Coordinator to support our client’s Publishing division.

Your Role:
As the Interim Publishing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the Publishing department, working closely with the Digital Communications team to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling, editing, and verifying content for both digital and print formats.
- Overseeing the development of new multi-format resources, including print, online, and audio components.
- Proofreading titles across various subjects in both digital and print.
- Managing scripts for audio production and collaborating with the Audio Producer.
- Accurately inputting content to support digital publishing initiatives.
- Assisting with the verification, input, and tagging of multimedia content.
- Conducting image research and managing online resources.
- Performing administrative duties related to publishing tasks.

What We Require:
- Exceptional written communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and editing standards.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in publishing editorial content in a digital or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with web editing and Content Management Systems.
