Description

  • Oversee and manage recruitment processes and procedures
  • Aid in the development of job descriptions and person specifications
  • Ensure equal opportunities in recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes
  • Maintain and develop relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Coordinate with HR team on new employee inductions
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment regulations

Profile

A successful Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in previous TA roles
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills & excellent written skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A good understanding of employment law related to recruitment and selection

Job Offer
