Care Support Assistant

About the Role:
As a Relief Care Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in a range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks.
About You:
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or support environment.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Desirable: QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
