Role Responsibilities: As a Support Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, personalized care to our residents, enabling them to enjoy their later years to the fullest. Your duties will include:

  • Providing housekeeping and domestic assistance throughout the estate, including cleaning of apartments.
  • Encouraging and supporting residents to engage in various activities that promote their health and well-being.
  • Assisting residents with appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and accompanying them on outings as needed.
  • Facilitating shopping trips and other errands to enhance residents' quality of life.

Each day will present unique challenges and opportunities to utilize your interpersonal skills to positively impact the lives of our residents.

Candidate Profile:

  • A warm and approachable individual with experience in a care or support role is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the well-being and happiness of older adults.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A desire to work within the Health and Social Care sector, with a preference for candidates holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though alternative qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
