We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a smart concierge desk service with high visibility security patrolling throughout the shift.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with clients and visitors.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Collect and distribute flat keys.
  • Sign visitors in and out of the building and ensure visitors follow the correct procedure.
  • Complete void registers and participate in completing duty of care registers.
  • Ensure the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately.
  • Monitor CCTV and complete notes on client and visitor movements.
  • Report any out of hours emergency repairs.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
  • Complete concierge checklists and feedback and record any relevant information in the communication book.
Requirements
  • A valid SIA licence.
  • A full five year checkable employment history.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good level of judgement and professionalism.
  • IT skills.
  • Physical and medical fitness.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to develop new skills.
