Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
  • Handle emergency and challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and run social activities to promote a sense of community and well-being.
  • Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained.
  • Write and update customer notes to ensure accurate records are kept.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse.
  • Previous experience working in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use IT systems confidently.
