Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the hotel's front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure the hotel's high standards of quality, safety, and customer service are maintained at all times.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve excellent results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve hotel performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
