The resort is seeking a passionate, professional and self-driven individual to join our Serenity Spa Team.

**Spa Concierge**
- Greet and welcome spa guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Provide information about spa services and packages.
- Assist guests with appointment bookings, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for spa services.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to schedule appointments and manage the daily operations.
- Respond to guest feedback and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Promote and upsell spa packages, products, and promotions.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spa services and wellness industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer and POS systems and booking software.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
