Concierge

We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join the team in our dealership in Whitefield.

This is a full-time role.

45 hours

Salary £27,261

**You will be**:

- Providing a consistent and exceptional level of service to support the productivity and efficiency of the service department.
- Ensuring that our customers visit to the retailer is managed to the highest standard.
- Maintaining the service car park and surrounding parking areas, ensuring that all the technicians are supplied in a timely manner with their next vehicle
- Providing assistance to all team members and customers. Actively engaging with the department to facilitate improvements in both individual and team performance in terms of sold hours.
- Ascertaining the individual requirements of the technicians, providing timely support to assist in their achievement of the highest effective levels of productively.
- Ensuring that the car parking and associated areas are free from litter and debris.

**You will have**:

- Excellent customer and team handling skills.
- Excellent business presentation/appearance with a pleasant and courteous manner.
- A genuine desire to assist the business to achieve its objectives both in terms of customer experience and budgets.
- A Full UK Drivers Licence.

Please note this position is based full time in the dealership and is not a hybrid role.
