Senior Client Relationship Manager - Premium Capital Automation Solutions

Compensation: £60,000 - £70,000 + Uncapped OTE + Vehicle allowance + Additional Benefits

This position plays a vital role in achieving long-term sales objectives on both a domestic and global scale.

This remarkable opportunity allows the selected candidate to significantly impact the growth of a prominent brand in the industry. You will be provided with comprehensive support and the autonomy to excel in your position.

  • Oversee the commercial elements of the sales cycle focusing on Health Care, Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Goods industries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Applications Engineering team to update CRM information, negotiate agreements, and sustain customer relationships.
  • Direct the sales process and develop persuasive value propositions to improve the likelihood of securing contracts.
  • Foster customer relationships and create strategic alliances for mutual advancement.
  • Engage proactively with clients to cultivate trust and establish enduring partnerships.
  • Strategically formulate and execute Key Account plans.
  • Offer commercial insights to project teams during the execution phases.
  • Prepare proposals for tenders to clearly convey project specifics and commercial conditions.
  • Engage strategically with key supplier partners.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and flexible team, maintaining respect, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-value capital equipment sales.
  • A proven history in Automation sales within the Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Goods sectors.

  • Immediate credibility and expertise in account development.
