The Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts while growing your client base. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients through exceptional account management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow your client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and coaching
  • Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for our clients
  • Identify new business opportunities through inbound, telesales, and outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial sales role with 3+ years of experience
