About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Operator to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customer queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests according to company protocols, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores, while working collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Requirements
  • Previous call centre experience is essential, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support role within a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
