This exciting opportunity is centered around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails, and working with internal and external portals.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for liaising with Zest4 partners and customers via multiple workstreams, provision new business on our various network platforms, and management of in-life changes across various networks and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Problem solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure to prioritise key responsibilities
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, platforms and processes
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
* Comfortable talking on the phone, developing relationships with partners and customers

Objectives / Responsibilities:

* Liaise with Zest4 partners and customers via multiple workstreams such as email, telephone and via our customer portals
* Provision new business on our various network platforms
* Management of in-life changes across various networks and suppliers
* Management of tasks within our own Self-Serve Portal
* Accurately enter order details onto network systems and onto the Zest4's bespoke billing platform
* Work with our billing teams to ensure tariffs and products are built ready for connection
* Develop a good working knowledge of all IOT products sold by Zest4
* Perform Customer and Partner service tasks to support this team.
* Work within other teams and on various projects where required
