Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Community Team as a CAMHS Community Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing high-quality care to young people and their families.

Main Responsibilities

As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing new young people coming through the service, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and frameworks.
  • Holding a clinical caseload of young people, providing short-term interventions and support.
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure seamless care coordination and high standards of clinical practice.
  • Providing duty cover when needed, ensuring the service is always available to support young people in crisis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
