About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Daventry, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement effective store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
