About the Role

We're seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our store team in a leadership role. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving sales growth
  • Support in maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store team members

Requirements

  • Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience managing medium to large-sized teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience within an FMCG/big box environment is preferable
