Deputy Nursery Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Nursery Manager in leading the team and making key decisions
- Assist with staff development and training, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide high-quality care and education
- Attend regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures
- Liaise with parents and carers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are kept informed about their child's progress
- Support the Nursery Manager in the implementation of the EYFS framework and ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Report any concerns or issues to the Nursery Manager and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children
- Experience working in a similar role in a nursery or childcare setting
- Full and relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3+)
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
