Key Responsibilities:
- Be the B2B channel champion, working with large FMCG food manufacturers, supplying chilled and ambient products
- Create and develop strategic partnerships with multiple FTG customers
- Lead key customer negotiations
- Manage a team of 4 FTEs and support a high performance culture
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and award-winning food manufacturer as a Buying Controller. You will be responsible for leading the B2B channel and developing strategic partnerships with large FMCG food manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Proven FMCG experience of successfully managing B2B customers, ideally in the FTG market
- Product Development or NPD exposure in chilled sector
- Cross-functional project leadership, effectively influence internally and externally
- Team Management experience and be exceptional Account Manager
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a real growth mindset
