About the Role:

Coben Healthcare is seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our medium-sized elderly and dementia care home in Newton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on resident outcomes, care quality, and staff performance

Requirements:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of successful home or deputy management
  • Registration with CIW
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
