About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at The Oaks Care Home.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.70, plus £5 enhancement for overtime.
  • A 36-hour workweek, with 3 shifts per week, plus opportunities for overtime.
  • Tier 2 sponsorship available for NMC-registered UK-based nurses.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including fully funded NMC PIN renewal, relocation package, and access to our wellbeing program.
