Nurse Specialist Nights The Oaks Care Home

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse or RMN to join our team at The Oaks Care Home in Powys. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.70, plus £5 enhancement for overtime.
  • A 36-hour working week, with 3 shifts per week, plus opportunities for overtime.
